The Conquest Centre for Disabled Riders is a registered charity and a non-profit making organisation. They provide disabled people of all ages and abilities with the opportunity for regular horse riding – giving a sense of achievement and independence to around 120 riders each week.

Dartmoor National Park
This is an all-round resource site for Dartmoor national park, including virtually everything to do with Dartmoor (especially the ponies!).
The aim of H.A.C.K is to provide a haven for distressed, neglected and cruelly treated horses ponies and donkeys. Their future will be secure in the knowledge that each one will be brought back into good health and returned to a normal working life where possible and placed with vetted and caring homes. Those who are unsuitable for rehoming will stay at the sanctuary. We need your continued support.
The Mare & Foal Sanctuary
Established in 1988, the Mare & Foal Sanctuary has rescued hundreds of horses throughout the UK and successfully rehomed them in safe, knowledgeable and loving homes.

Llanthony Riding + Trekking
Situated in the middle of Brecon Beacons national park, it offers a choice of riding experiences from simple trekking for novices, to hacks for the confident, and two-to-four day trail rides for more experinced riders. Whatever your standard, they claim they can get you riding. Includes booking information.

Redwings Horse Sanctuary
Established for the purpose of relieving the suffering of horses, ponies and donkeys from neglect and slaughter, as well as providing a rest home for the rest of their days. The site includes all information to do with the centre including adoption schemes, how you can help them out, and pet rescue schemes.

Snowdonia Riding Stables
Approved by the British Horse Society, it is an approved riding establishment. Offering carefully selected ponies and horses to provide a range of sizes, types and temperaments to suit all riders.
